Why Mr. President, what nice hair you have today!

If we were to judge Presidential candidates by how they look, who would win? (My bet's on dreamy John Edwards and his luxurious locks).

The (kinda sad) fact is that Americans have not elected a President without a full head of hair since JFK in 1960. The reason?

The influence and prominence of television in peoples' homes.

But what is this odd phenomenon of only electing Presidents with bushy manes? Are they more trusting? More good looking?

Will Americans continue this trend in 2008? If so, that means Mr. 9-11 will NOT be elected. (Oh, sad).
